‘Care for the Self’

Alison and Neal are both certified ‘Care for the Self’ facilitators. This program is offered to groups of between 4 and 12 people. This course is offered in a variety of ways: over 2 consecutive days, over 4 ‘half-days’, or in private sessions (for 1 or 2 people).
