My relationship with Tai Chi & Qi Gong
I have trained in Tai Chi and Qi Gong since 1998. I became certified to teach Tai Chi and Qi Gong in 2012. The vast majority of my training has been with Gary Collins who invited me to co-found the Jade Sun School of Tai Chi & Qigong in 2013, which offers classes, seminars, retreats and Instructor Training courses.
The Jade Sun School of Tai Chi & Qi Gong focuses primarily on the healing benefits of these powerful self-development arts. I am delighted to be able to share Tai Chi & Qi Gong with others as these arts have helped me to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
